We will have at least 3 new applications for affiliation to be considered at the committee meeting on Thursday. This will bring new affiliations so far in 2011 to 7. Hope to have a few more shortly.

John,
Can you update the list of affiliated clubs?
Good to hear the number of affiliated clubs is rising.
Might be nice to know who the neighbouring clubs are for competitions etc.
Thanks in advance,

New website should be ready very shortly and we will have a list of clubs up. The Data Protection Act prevents us from putting up name and address of affiliated club secretaries without written permission from them. We did send out a letter asking for this and only a handfull of clubs gave us authorisation so we will probably only list the clubs without contact details

At the committee meeting tonight applications for affiliation from 5 clubs were approved. I think that this is the biggest number of new affiliationes ever approved at a meeting. We have now welcomed 9 new clubs so far this year.
We welcome
Rossin Slane Angling Club
Dee and Glyde Angling Club
Sheerwater Angling Club (Ballinasloe)
Keshkerrigan Angling Club
Corrib Predator Team

Hi John

Keady & District Angling Club Secretaty never received this letter, I've just checked with him. Can it be resent via email to me and I'll forward on?

Mickey
